The Minister of Legal Affairs Meets the Japanese Ambassador

His Excellency Mr. Yousef bin Abdul Hussein Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs, affirmed that relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Japan are witnessing development and growth in various sectors, noting the importance of strengthening existing cooperation paths between the two friendly countries in order to achieve bilateral interests and bring goodness and benefit to the two countries and their friendly peoples.

This came when His Excellency the Minister of Legal Affairs received Her Excellency Ms. Okai Asako, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the occasion of her appointment as her country’s Ambassador to the Kingdom, where His Excellency expressed his sincere wishes to the Ambassador for success in her diplomatic mission in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

During the meeting, a number of issues of common interest were also reviewed.

For her part, Her Excellency Ms. Okai Asako, Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressed her thanks to His Excellency the Minister of Legal Affairs for the warm reception, stressing the keenness to continue strengthening relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain to achieve common aspirations, and wishing the Kingdom further progress and prosperity.
